ORDERING METHODS
Simply use our online store 24/7 to purchase the items you would like.  If you have a specific query you would like answered before ordering, please feel free to contact us via phone (BH) or email (see contact us).   While we endeavor to fulfill all our orders within 3 working days (as long as payment has cleared), occasionally, depending on the availability of the item, there may be a short delay in shipping your order to you.  If this is the case, we will always contact you to let you know of the delay and to find out whether you are happy to wait.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to unforseen circumstances, some items may be temporarily unavailable.  If this is the case, we will contact you to suggest a similar replacement product.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept a variety of payment methods which include:
Direct Deposit;
Cheque;
Credit Card via Paypal.

Direct Deposits - if this is your preferred payment method, please select this from our list when ordering your goods and our bank account details will be shown at check out.  Your goods will be sent once the monies are received.

Cheque - cheques should be made out to Party Squad and sent to:


Credit Card Payment – if this is your preferred payment method, please select this from our list when ordering your goods and you will be diverted to the paypal login page.  Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you are still able to use your credit card to securely purchase your products via the Paypal site.
**Please note that payment must clear before items are sent.  Therefore, if items are needed ASAP, credit card payment via paypal is your best option for payment to clear immediately for speedy postage .

DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS
We are an internet-based business and therefore we do not have a physical shop-front.  In order to get your party products out to you as quickly, as inexpensively and as safely as possible, we use registered post via Australia Post which requires signature upon receipt within Australia.  If you require express post, there will be an additional fee in which we will advise.
Prices for delivery will vary depending on where you are located, the items you order and how quickly you require the goods.  If you are ordering only party products online, postage charges will be calculated at check out.  Hire items such as tables and chairs, cake tins, helium balloons, catering etc may be collected from our premises in Nunawading at a mutually convenient time or we do hand deliver ourselves the tables and chairs, helium balloons and catering (POA).  We will be in contact to quote you on delivery if required.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any orders from outside Australia weighing 3kg or under will be charged a flat rate of $30 postage. We will contact you with a postage quote for another weighing over 3kg.
